Snacks for Elementary Schools

As you guys may know, every year we try to do an event to give back to our community. This year I was so humbled by Ellie’s thoughtfulness and kindness that I knew exactly what we were going to do. 

Recently Ellie was asked what she would do if she were given $1,000? It was so simple for her. She would buy snacks! Not for herself, though. For all of the kids at school who didn’t have one because “No child should ever go hungry and have to watch other people eat!” She feels very strongly about this and everyday when getting ready for school, she always packs extra to share. 

So this year we are dedicating portions of all fall and winter sales to her efforts of buying snacks for kids at local elementary schools. Care will be taken to use these funds most effectively and responsibly so that we are able to provide children a variety of desired snacks while also keeping a health conscious mind. Funds will be used to purchase bulk quantities that will then be distributed to schools across Tate and Desoto County
